چکیده
مقاله حاضر به تجزیه و تحلیل ریشه های داخلی و بینالمللی شکل گیری سیاست خاورمیانه ی چین و جایگاه عمان در آن می پردازد. بر این اساس و از دیدگاه رئالیستی نئوکلاسیک، روابط رو به گسترش چین با عمان تحت تأثیر متغیر سطح سیستم و عوامل داخلی است. در سطح سیستم، با کاهش حضور ایالات متحده در منطقه خاورمیانه و نیز رشد اقتصادی چین و نوسازی آن که مستلزم دسترسی به منابع انرژی، بازارها و همچنین حفاظت از منافع استراتژیک خود است جایگاه عمان را در سیاست خاورمیانه ای چین برجسته کرده است. همزمان با آن، در سطح داخلی، عوامل داخلی موثر بر شکل گیری سیاست خارجی چین که خود بازتاب دهنده جهان بینی چینی است بر سیاست خاورمیانه ای چین در خصوص عمان اثرگذار بوده است. موقعیت جغرافیایی ممتاز عمان و سابقه همکاری های تاریخی، این کشور را به یکی از شرکای کلیدی چین در خاورمیانه تبدیل کرده است. عمان یک حلقه حیاتی در ابتکار کمربند و جاده چین است که هدف آن اتصال آسیا، اروپا و آفریقا از طریق پروژه های زیرساختی و سرمایه گذاری است.
