This research analyzes the evolution of China's Middle East policy within the framework of "Major-Country Diplomacy with Chinese Characteristics. The purpose of this paper is to examine how China's approach has transformed from that of a relatively passive actor to an active and influential power in the Middle East, and to analyze the practical effectiveness of this policy in advancing China's national interests. The need for this research arises from the gradual decline of US influence in the Middle East, the power vacuum created by post-Arab Spring instabilities, and the growing demand for Middle Eastern countries to diversify their strategic partnerships, fostering an environment conducive to a greater role for China. The central research question is: What impact has 'Major-Country Diplomacy with Chinese Characteristics' had on China's Middle East policy, and what achievements has China accomplished in pursuing its regional objectives? Relying on descriptive-analytical methodology, this paper demonstrates that China's Middle East policy is based on principles such as Mutual respect and non-interference in each other's internal affairs, active participation in resolving regional crises, and promoting peace through development. The research findings show that within this diplomatic framework, China has attained notable achievements, including: establishing partnership relations at various levels with regional countries, diversifying economic cooperation beyond mere trade, and expanding bilateral and multilateral security cooperation, particularly within the non-traditional security domain. However, China's cautious approach to direct engagement in regional crises has imposed limitations on its capacity to exert profound influence on the Middle East's security dynamics.
