چکیده
این پژوهش به بررسی تحولات هیدروپلیتیکی حوضه فرات طی دو دهه اخیر با استفاده از چارچوب مجموعه امنیتی-هیدروپلیتیکی می­پردازد. سوال اصلی تحقیق این است که پویایی­های قدرت در دو دهه اخیر، چگونه بر مجموعه امنیتی-هیدروپلیتیکی فرات تاثیر گذاشته است؟ فرضیه پژوهش، پویایی­های روابط عمودی و افقی را عامل به حاشیه رفتن موضوع آب مشترک از عاملی برای توسعه پایدار به متغیری برای کسب قدرت می­داند و ظهور بازیگران جدید را موجب پیچیدگی بیشتر تعاملات آبی در مجموعه امنیتی هیدروپلیتیکی فرات می­داند. این مطالعه با استفاده از روش کیفی و تحلیل اسناد معتبر، روابط عمودی و افقی در حوضه را بررسی می­کند. یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که علاوه بر تغییرات در ساختار قدرت منطقه­ای و ظهور بازیگران جدید، تغییرات اقلیمی نیز دینامیک هیدروپلیتیکی حوضه را دگرگون کرده است. پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد با ارائه تحلیلی جامع از تحولات اخیر، درک عمیق­تری از درهم­تنیدگی روابط آبی و مسائل گسترده­تر امنیتی در حوضه فرات ارائه دهد.
